What Our As-Built & Redline CAD Conversion Sets Include
At closeout, the owner needs as-built drawings, often called as-builts or record drawings, that match what was actually built. We take the field redlines, change orders, RFIs and scanned prints, and redraw them as clean, layered CAD record drawings that the owner can use for maintenance and future renovations.

Which file formats will I receive?
Native AutoCAD DWG files plus print-ready PDFs. Revit RVT files are available on request, and the files are yours to keep.

As-built drawings show a building as it was actually constructed, including every field change, relocation and substitution made during the work.
