Yes. The Australian projects are aligned with the National Construction Code (NCC), and the relevant Australian Standards (AS) numbers that the NCC references. Our estimators interpret these from the drawings and specifications and input them into the takeoff, including references for fire-rated assemblies, waterproofing and structure connections. If a requirement impacts quantities or product selection, we include it in the estimate for your team to review the assumption prior to pricing.
Are you able to quote in Australian dollars and separate GST out of your quote?
Australian dollar estimates can be provided, and GST is calculated at 10 percent (as a separate line) if the format of your bid calls for this. When you send the drawings, tell us if you have included or excluded GST in the price. Your tender needs to have the correct structure and we maintain the two figures separate.
